What data we process and why

Contact form: name, email, optional phone and your message, used only to answer you. Legal basis: your consent, given when you tick the box before sending.

Registration, payments and class enrolment happen in the Dance Studio Pro parent portal, which has its own privacy terms.

How long we keep it

Messages are kept for as long as needed to answer and follow up your enquiry, and deleted within 12 months unless you become a student, in which case the legal retention periods for the service apply.

Who receives it

We do not share your data with third parties except where required by law. The email provider that delivers form messages, Mailgun Technologies, Inc. (United States), acts as a data processor under contract; that transfer is covered by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. There are no other international transfers.

Your rights

You can ask to access, rectify or erase your data, restrict or object to its processing, and request portability, by writing to puntaportalsdance@hotmail.com or to our address. You can withdraw consent at any time.

If you believe your rights have not been respected, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
