Seven classes in three disciplines. The ages below are this season’s groups.

Each strip marks the ages a group is for, from the youngest Pre-Ballet dancers to teenagers in Street Jazz 2.

Ballet

Pre-Ballet
- Ages 3.5–5

These classes introduce a structured environment while allowing children to recognize their own individuality and body mobility. Focus is on coordination and rhythm introduced in creative and imaginative ways.

Ballet I
- Ages 10–14
- Ages 10–12
These classes are the student’s first introduction to formal ballet class structure. Advanced stretching and strengthening exercises are given, barre work is introduced with a greater emphasis on vocabulary and French terminology. Musicality continues to be emphasized along with balance and coordination through the strengthening of the body core. Center floor work is introduced with continued focus on the positions of the arms, legs and feet.

Ballet II
- Ages 11–15
Requirements: Minimum 2-3 years of ballet training. By instructor placement only!
The advanced level challenges the student with more complex combinations at the barre and in the center. The student will work on fluidity of movement, balance, and combinations. Students who are ready will also be introduced to dancing on point.

Ballet Intermediate
- Ages 13–18
Class intended for students with medium-high knowledge of classical ballet

Street Jazz

Street Jazz 1
- Ages 9–14
This class will introduce students to the basic vocabulary and style of Street Jazz. This high energy class can be taught to anyone with a passion to move, so no dance experience is required.

Street Jazz 2
- Ages 13–18
The class is aimed at students with previous experience in dance. Turns and jumps are perfected based on classical dance technique. Likewise,the class is complemented with styles of free expression.
